NEED HELP RECORDING?...

How to record and upload your voicemail:

For Windows users:

• Does your Laptop or PC have a microphone?  If not, you can purchase one for just a few dollars at an office or computer store, e.g. Circuit City, Office Depot, Radio Shack, etc.
  
  Using the Sound Recorder program that comes with Windows:

• Go to Start/Programs/Accessories/Entertainment/Sound Recorder

• Make sure a microphone is inserted into your PC or Laptop

• Position the microphone directly next to the speaker on your cell/home phone

• Start the playback of the voicemail at the same time that you press the
  red "record" button on the Sound Recorder

• When the voicemail playback is over, press the black "stop" button

• File, Save As, then name your file, e.g. sample_voicemail.wav

• For uploading, follow instructions sent to your email address
  after you registered.

• Note:  Windows Sound Recorder has a recording limit of 60 seconds.  For recording
  voicemails longer than 60 seconds, download the free Audacity recording program.
